Kazem Hemeida was born in January 10, 1987. He is an Egyptian marketer, youth leadership trainer who worked and volunteered in a number of youth organizations to develop marketing and program outreach plans that are compatible with modern communication channels, develop volunteer management systems, write project proposals and action plans.
Hemeida has successfully graduated from the MENA Peace Scholarships Program where he finished one-year liberal arts studies at Colorado State University, USA as well as received leadership training at the Institute of International Education, USA and Egypt. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Cairo University, Egypt.
Prior to his selection as one of twenty-two peace scholars from the MENA region, Hemeida participated successfully in a number of other competitive programs including, Study Tour on the Danish Municipal Elections in Denmark, Study Tour on Youth Civil Society organizations in Germany, Student’s Leadership Discovery Program, Institute of International Education – office of the Middle East, graduated as the youngest participant in the Namaa Summer School on Sustainable Development, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, and graduated from the Egyptian-German Learning Journey for Development Program, administered by Goethe Institute, Germany and Egypt. In addition, Hemeida has participated in a number of development, business, and political science related conferences and seminars.
Hemeida has volunteered as Marketing Coordinator in the Global Ambassadors, a Fort Collins International Center and Colorado State University joint program, USA. He worked as an intern Project Coordinator in Dreamers of Tomorrow youth-led association, and volunteered as a Marketing Team Leader in Namaa for Sustainable Development Association, Egypt.
After his graduation from the MENA Peace Scholarships Program, he currently works as Business Development Manager at Dreamers of Tomorrow association, Egypt, and he is planning to pursue his graduate degrees in both community mobilization and social psychology.
